Hi, I’m Natalie. I started Riptide Strategic Advisory in 2025 to help clients with enterprise strategy, strategic communications, and risk management.
I bring nearly a decade of experience in research, project management, executive support, and strategy development, supporting think tanks, policymakers, and private firms. By supporting policy, technical, and operational teams, I’ve developed a track record of integrating analytical and interpersonal skills to solve complex problems and communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders, ranging from frontline workers to senior executives.
I’m currently based in Toronto, Ontario, at the Rotman School of Management. Previously, I supported senior leaders in the energy industry, where I designed and implemented organizational strategies, oversaw planning and budgeting processes, and managed projects across an array of risk domains. I also worked for the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commision and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, focusing on international cybersecurity policy and strategy. I hold an MA in political science from Yale University and a BA in mathematics and political science from Kalamazoo College.
